Burton, Lord, K.C.V.O., D.L.
Was born in 1837, and educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. He was Liberal member for Stafford from 1865 to 1868, for East Staffordshire from 1868 to 1885, and Staffordshire Burton Division during 1885 and 1886, when he was created a peer.
