Somerset, the Duke of

Is a member of the Royal Yacht Squadron, and Commodore of the Royal Dart Yacht Club. He has taken a great interest in the latter club, both as a racing and a social organization. His Grace is owner of the famous cutter Caprice, which was built by Michael Ratsey at Cowes in 1853. Caprice was one of the famous cutters of her day, and bears the burden of her years lightly, being a fine example of the splendid workmanship and material employed by the old builders.
